CIS Orchestra Booster Club

Become a Member

Every note your child plays is backed by your support.

The Creekside Orchestra Booster Club fuels the music, memories, and milestones that make our orchestra program exceptional. We are a 100% volunteer-run organization funded entirely by the generosity of families and community members like you.

Your membership is one of our most vital sources of support, and it makes a direct, tangible difference for every student in the program.

What Your Membership Makes Possible

Last year, members of the Creekside Orchestra Booster Club funded:

  • 113 Pizzas for student meals (along with many cookies, chips, and bottled water)
  • 34 Chick-fil-a sandwhiches
  • Discounted tickets to the Houston Symphony (field trip)
  • Discounted tickets Big Ribers Water Park (end-of-year celebration)
  • Complementary tickets to Bay Area Raceway (post-UIL celebration)
  • New bass guitar and various replacement strings
  • Transportation to/from events and field trips

This year, we're asking you to help us do it again.

Why Support the Creekside Orchestra?

When you support the Creekside Orchestra Booster Club, you're making a different kind of investment.

Sports programs have gate receipts, concession stands, and hundreds of families. Orchestra has a smaller, tighter community and a group of students who chose something genuinely hard. They picked up an instrument, practiced alone at home, and worked through the same measures until it finally clicked.

That doesn't happen without support.

We also know this ask doesn't come at an easy time. Everything costs more than it did a few years ago, and we feel it too. That's exactly why every membership at any level means everything to us. You're not one of thousands of supporters. You're one of a few dozen people who made the whole thing possible.

If membership isn't possible this year, we understand. Come to the concerts, cheer loudly, and tell other families about the program. That costs nothing and means more than you know.

A Note on Reserved Seating

Our concerts are held in the school commons area, where general seating is at cafeteria tables. Reserved seating members enjoy dedicated chairs set up at the front of the performance space, a meaningfully better experience for the whole family.

We have a limited number of reserved chairs available at each concert, so reserved seating is structured by tier. Silver members receive 2 reserved seats, and Gold members receive 4. Community Sponsors are accommodated on request.

Reserved seating is available exclusively to Silver, Gold, and Community Sponsor members.

About the Concert Recordings

After each performance, Silver, Gold, and Community Sponsor members receive access to an audio recording of the concert. These aren't professional productions; they're authentic captures of your child's performance, yours to keep and share with family who couldn't be there.

This is the first year we are offering recordings. They may be audio or video (or both) and will be made available within a week of the performance.
