The CIS Choir + Orchestra
Lock-In
Get ready for an unforgettable night at the CIS Choir and Orchestra Lock In on
Friday, January 23 from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Our CIS Choir and Orchestra Lock-In will be Friday, Jan. 23 from 6PM-10:30 PM!
Admission is $15 which includes two slices of pizza, 1 drink, and 1 item from the concessions stand, plus 5 hours of fun to include: volleyballs, basketballs, inflatables, and karaoke! Student drop off is at the Palomino parking lot main entrance at 6pm.
Please send extra cash with your students (small bills only please). The CIS Orchestra Booster Club will sell additional snacks and drinks for $1 each. These will be in addition to the 2 pizza slices, 1 drink, and 1 item from the concessions stand each participant receives per the admission fee. Any profits made from the selling of concessions will be divided between the choir and orchestra organizations.
Students MUST wear their orchestra t-shirt to the Lock-In for identification purposes!
To participate, your child must return a signed lock-in registration form and their $15 admission fee to Mr. Ramsey no later than Tuesday, Jan. 13. Please send cash or checks with valid phone number payable to CIS OBC! Only CIS Choir and Orchestra students will be attending this event.
Chaparones Needed
We need a 1:10 ratio, which means we will need about 10 chaperones per shift. There are three shift options for which you may volunteer:
- 6:00-8:00 PM
- 8 PM-10:30 PM
- 7:00 PM-10:30 PM (Super Chaperone!)
8 PM chaperones need to enter at the Palomino main entrance (same as drop off) and check in at the concession stand to choose a monitoring location when you arrive for your shift.
Chaperones do not have to pay to attend this event, and pizza, drinks, and snacks will be free for you, or you may bring your own food and drinks if you desire.
Please indicate on the following form if you are interested in helping supervise this fun activity! Feel free to sign up your spouse (we’ll lock the doors so they can’t escape)!

The Luke Yeager Memorial Scholarship is made possible through the generosity of our community, and continued support is essential to keep this opportunity available for future orchestra students.
By donating to the scholarship fund, you help honor Luke’s legacy while ensuring that beginning musicians have access to private lessons that can shape their musical growth.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful impact and helps us carry Luke’s spirit of dedication, leadership, and love for music forward to the next generation of Creekside Intermediate Orchestra members.
Pay via Zelle.
Please make sure you include your child’s name and if they are with Orchestra or Choir.
